Heeey You!  I'm Epiphany, a forty-something year old sassy but sweet Sagittarius who loves her lipstick!  Now, I don't even know why I told you my sign - because I really don't keep up with that stuff.  Heck, I'm a twin and we were (he's deceased) polar opposites.  Maybe one of you all can enlighten me and make me a believer.  Anywho,  I am a proud mother of two and reside in New Jersey by way of Virginia.   

This blog has a little of this and a little of that; you will find pieces of my soul in some of the entries and you may find little nuggets of ratchetness (is that even a word?) sprinkled here and there.

This is all a result of my love for writing, my interest in people and their journey and my desire to connect and share my experiences with others. 

I should warn you, I speak frankly - Ms."Loose Lips" herself, but always respectfully.  I also cuss a little (but they tell me I'm classy though).  I may write some things that most people would choose to keep captive in their thoughts - afraid of what "they" would say.  I say, f*ck "they."  I'll share my experiences about dating, being a divorced parent, raising a black child in the inner city, being a black woman in corporate America and more and I promise not to give you some boring ass sedated account.  I will always share my genuine feelings.  

As a visitor here, you are part of a pretty dope community.  There are plenty of ways that you can become more involved, just share your feelings, experiences, thoughts , advice and ideas - and it would be pretty dope if you shared the link to this blog too.  I promise I appreciate you!
